About Mason Hub

Mason Hub is a fulfillment service provider (3PL) built for omnichannel operations, offering advanced, highly scalable fulfillment for beauty, fashion, and wellness brands.

Founded by retail veterans, they are one of only five Sephora Preferred Partners globally and serve top retailers, having handled fulfillment for over 300 e-commerce brands. Their core product is a SaaS platform giving brands full visibility into their supply chain, from order to doorstep. They primarily target e-commerce brands doing $5 million and above in gross merchandise value.

The challenge

01
Volume and quality both stuck
15 to 20 emails a day per rep capped the pipeline.
The challenge

A small sales team on conventional sequencers could only send 15 to 20 emails per day per rep. That capped volume, hurt deliverability, and starved the pipeline.

02
Performance needed to jump
A premium offer needed higher response rates.
The challenge

With a premium offering, they needed higher open and positive-response rates, and campaigns that drove real engagement rather than noise.

The GTM engineering in works

GTM Play 01
The bicoastal shipping-zone teardown
Ship from one coast? Half the orders eat extra days.
~2x reply on the zone-math opentransit days and cost for their top destination states
The play

We mapped each brand's ship-from location against their national destination mix, then opened on the gap: a single-coast warehouse means a big share of orders eat two to three extra transit days and a higher shipping zone.

The offer was a one-page teardown of their top destination states with an East-plus-West split modeled in days and dollars. It made Mason Hub's core bicoastal edge tangible before any commitment.

GTM Play 02
The wholesale / EDI crossover
DTC brands moving into Sephora and Nordstrom.
~2.5x reply on the channel triggerfired on new stockist and wholesale signals
The play

We watched for DTC brands entering wholesale, new stockist listings, retail launches, wholesale-role job posts, and opened on the hard part: shipping into Sephora or Nordstrom without chargebacks.

Most box-shipper 3PLs cannot do EDI-compliant wholesale, so the offer was a pre-retail EDI readiness checklist, timed to exactly the moment the brand needs it.

GTM Play 03
Mine the public complaints
Their customers were already posting about shipping.
~3x reply on a live public complaintcustomer-side signals only, never invented
The play

We scraped customer-side public signals, social replies, Reddit, Trustpilot, for mentions of shipping delays, wrong items, or stockouts, then opened on it: "your customers are mentioning [issue], and that is usually the 3PL, not you."

A live, public complaint is the sharpest possible reason to reply. The offer was the zone or returns teardown, framed as fixing the exact problem their buyers were already posting about.

GTM Play 04
Lookalikes of Carbon38 and 11 Honoré
Matched each brand to a real named win.
~2x reply when the brand shape matched11 Honoré scaled 10x without adding engineers
The play

We sourced lookalikes off the real case-study seeds, premium DTC beauty and apparel, DTC-plus-wholesale, scaling fast, and matched each prospect on category, stage, and channel mix: "we run fulfillment for a brand almost exactly like yours."

The proof was named and specific: Carbon38's inventory-and-data win, 11 Honoré's 10x scaling without adding engineers. A real twin lowers the unproven-partner risk that stalls a 3PL switch.
